4.3 Currency Exchange
1. Go to the currency exchange page;
2. Select the exchange direction (e.g., USD ☐ HKD);
3. Enter the exchange amount, or tap [Exchange All];
4. View the reference exchange rate and estimated amount to be received (tap Refresh to get the latest rate);
5. After confirmation, tap [Apply for Exchange] to submit.
After submitting the exchange, you can filter and view the processing status by date and type in exchange records.
